We guarantee our Basset Hound puppies until 1 year of age against life-threatening congenital or hereditary defects. Upon receiving
your Basset Hound puppy you have 72 hours (weekends & holidays excluded) from that date to have the puppy examined by a licensed
veterinarian. If the veterinarian finds that the puppy has a life threatening hereditary condition that makes it a health risk, we will
replace the puppy with another one that is available. If no puppies are available in the current litter, you will be notified of the next
planned litter. We cannot guarantee if and when we will have a puppy of the same color or sex. No cash refunds given. A written
statement from the veterinarian must be sent to BFH Bassets stating the puppy's condition and what it will take to correct it. The
original puppy must be returned at the buyers expense. We will not be responsible for any medical bills pertaining to your puppy once
it leaves our kennel.
If you reserve a puppy and by chance something happens to that pup we will replace the pup with pick of the litter of the next
available litter or a suitable pup from available pups that we currently have at the time.
If you send in a deposit before a puppy is born, I cannot guarantee the color or sex of puppies being born or the number of puppies
being born. The deposit will be put toward the first available puppy that fits your color and sex preference. You will be kept updated
about future litters and puppy availability.
You, the buyer, will be given all health records and proper registration forms for the puppy. The puppy has been provided with the
best care possible. Now, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to continue caring for this puppy in every aspect.
Your puppy and it’s mother has been on NuVet Plus. Your puppy in the womb has had the advantage of developing
strong bones and a healthy immune system. At birth, the puppies still receive NuVet through the mother’s milk until
they are old enough to start eating and we add it to their food We HIGHLY recommend this supplement for ALL of
our Basset Hounds. We have tried and tested it. We have had great results in the growth of our puppies and adults as
well as their health and development. Due to variations and quality of foods available, and that there is not a vaccine
